General Terms of Use:

Automatic sending may not occur on some email clients where our sender is blocked. In such cases, simply enter the purchase email and wait for support to be sent manually.

I - Basic, Pro and Premium licenses are INDIVIDUAL and therefore, even though they may be used on more than one computer (PRO and PREMIUM versions), support will not be responsible for serving third parties in case of sharing. Support support reserves the right to provide service only to the holder of the purchase.
1. No refund request will be accepted after the satisfaction guarantee period because we do not support third parties.

II - It is expressly forbidden to trade the program keys without prior communication with our team, unauthorized sale / sharing will result in the blocking of the serial.

III - The serial reset to change PCs where the installation was made can only be done once every 30 days.

IV - There are minimum computer requirements for the application to run without any lock or problems, are at the end of these terms. If the customer's computer does not meet these requirements, our team is not responsible for the 100% operation of the program, and the customer has the option of using the program when possible within the constraints of their computer, or requesting a refund.

V - The autobuyer license refers to the current edition of FIFA, so the period displayed in the price list (year) refers to the year of the current edition of FIFA. In the case of pre-sale, it refers to the next year's edition.

Prerequisites:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Operating system: Windows 7 Service Pack 1, 2, or 3 or higher.
- An Ultimate Team account with access to FIFA 19 WebApp.
- Stable connection of at least 2MB. - NO specific screen resolution requirement, works on any screen.
- 4GB RAM and lightweight computer with no viruses or crashing programs. (Memories smaller than 4GB under any circumstances should cause problems with the application running for a while.)
- Core i3 2.4Ghz.

- Operating system: Windows 10.
- An Ultimate Team account with access to FIFA 19 WebApp.
- Stable connection of 10mb or more.
- 8GB RAM (or more) and lightweight computer with no viruses or crashing programs.
- Core i5 2.8Ghz.
